At UNDRGRND Studios, we understand that plans can change. To keep our scheduling fair and ensure all guests have access to our spaces, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Reservation

No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling is not available.
Cancellations Before 48 Hours of Reservation

You may choose between:

A 50% refund, or
-
Rescheduling your reservation at no additional cost (0% refund).

This policy applies to all studio and service bookings.

Failure to arrive for your booking (“no-show”) will be treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.

UNDRGRND Studios reserves the right to cancel any booking immediately and without refund if studio rules are violated.
