Whether you're laying down vocals, tracking live instruments, or mixing on the fly, this studio delivers the tools and energy you need to lock in and create.

Designed for flexibility, the space can be booked with or without an in-house UNDRGRND engineer, giving you total control over your workflow. The studio comes fully equipped with everything required to record, track, and mix — all in a setting that feels professional, private, and inspiring.

Set the tone with premium, color-customizable LED lighting, and stay cool while you work with the in-room AC unit. And when you need a breather or want to catch a vibe between takes, the connected lounge space is there to keep the session flowing.

Studio Rules

To ensure a smooth experience for you and other guests, please review and share the following rules with your team:

The front building gate must remain closed at all times.
Please leave the studio as you found it. (Excessive messes may incur a cleaning fee.)
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Any violation is subject to a $100 fee. (Absolutely no smoking in hallways.)
Noise levels must remain reasonable Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
Any items left behind will be considered abandoned after 7 days.
Hallways and parking lots are not permitted for shooting.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the film sets.
If your session goes 15+ minutes over without notifying a supervisor, you will be billed an additional hour at 1.5x the standard rate.
