Whether you’re filming a music video, shooting a scene, or throwing a private celebration, this space is built to impress and express. It features three separate lounge sections (including a VIP area), a bar setup, and a professional-grade stripper pole on a weighted stage — ready for real performance. The color-customizable LED lighting lets you switch up the mood in an instant, while prop bottles, red carpet ropes, and sleek finishes complete the look.

You’ll also find an AC unit, two softbox lights, and everything you need to dial in your scene without the fuss. It’s intimate. It’s classy. It’s unapologetically bold.

Studio Rules

To ensure a smooth experience for you and other guests, please review and share the following rules with your team:

The front building gate must remain closed at all times.
Please leave the studio as you found it. (Excessive messes may incur a cleaning fee.)
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Any violation is subject to a $100 fee. (Absolutely no smoking in hallways.)
Noise levels must remain reasonable Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
Any items left behind will be considered abandoned after 7 days.
Hallways and parking lots are not permitted for shooting.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the film sets.
If your session goes 15+ minutes over without notifying a supervisor, you will be billed an additional hour at 1.5x the standard rate.
