Terms & Conditions – UNDRGRND Studios

Welcome to UNDRGRND Studios (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing, booking, or using our website, services, or studio facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book or use our services.

  • All ages are welcome as guests when accompanied by a responsible party.

  • By using our facilities or website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • You agree to use our services and spaces only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Reservations for studio time, creator spaces, or services require advance booking through our website or directly with our team.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service.

​

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Reservation: No refunds or rescheduling options are available if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.

  • Cancellations Before 48 Hours of Reservation: You may choose between a 50% refund or rescheduling your reservation at no additional cost (0% refund).

  • This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate all guests efficiently.

4. Studio Rules & Conduct

By booking with UNDRGRND Studios, you agree to the following rules:

  • Front Gate: Must remain closed at all times.

  • Food/Drinks: No food or drinks in or on the actual sets.

  • Noise Levels: Keep noise reasonable (Mon–Fri, 9AM – 5PM).

  • Filming Restrictions: Hallways are off-limits for filming.

  • Prohibited: Smoking in hallways, entering any other units.

⚠️ NOTICE: We may cancel your booking immediately and without refund for violating the rules.

Additional policies:

  • Production insurance is not required.

  • No moving furniture or decorations.

  • Smoke machines are permitted.

  • Nudity is permitted.

  • Security cameras record 24/7 in main rooms and hallways (no recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms).

  • Smoking inside rooms requires purchasing the “Smoking Fee” add-on.

5. Parking

  • Free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

  • Metered street parking and nearby empty lots available.

  • Additional parking in our gated lot is $10 per car.

​

6. Sound Policy

  • During business hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM – 5PM) there may be some noise from other businesses in the building.

  • The studio is private but not completely sound-proof.

​

7. Space Access

  • Our space is located on the second floor of the building.

  • There is a loading zone out front for gear and equipment, with easy access via stairs or elevator.

  • Equipment carts and trucks can easily reach our unit on the first floor loading area.

8. Operating Hours

  • Open Monday – Sunday

  • 24 hours a day

9. Intellectual Property

  • All creative works you produce at UNDRGRND Studios remain your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • UNDRGRND Studios retains ownership of all branding, trademarks, and copyrighted materials related to our services and marketing.

  • You may not use our name, brand, or likeness for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Use of our website, studios, and services is at your own risk.

  • UNDRGRND Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred while using our facilities.

  • We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, project success, or creative results.

11. Website Use

  • Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

  • Unauthorized use of our website, including attempts to hack, disrupt, or misuse, is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
