Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Reservation: No refunds or rescheduling options are available if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation. Cancellations Before 48 Hours of Reservation: You may choose between a 50% refund or rescheduling your reservation at no additional cost (0% refund). This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate all guests efficiently. Thank you for understanding. Studio Rules STUDIO RULES: To ensure a smooth experience for you and other guests, please review and share the following rules with your team: The front building gate must remain closed at all times. Please leave the studio as you found it. (Excessive messes may incur a cleaning fee.) Smoking is prohibited indoors. Any violation is subject to a $100 fee. (Absolutely no smoking in hallways.) Noise levels must remain reasonable Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned after 7 days. Hallways and parking lots are not permitted for shooting. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the film sets. If your session goes 15+ minutes over without notifying a supervisor, you will be billed an additional hour at 1.5x the standard rate. Notice: Bookings may be canceled without refund if rules are violated. Please do not attempt to enter any other units. Additional parking in our gated lot is $10 a car. SOUND: During 9-5pm on business days there may be noise from other businesses in the building. Private but not completely sound-proof. SPACE ACCESS: Space is located on the second floor of building. Equipment loading-friendly as there is a loading zone out front for any gear that may need a cart or truck, it is easy access to our unit on the first floor. Stairs and elevator access.
