Studio Check In Policy

UNDRGRND Studios Accessibility Statement

At Undrgrnd Studios, we value the safety, professionalism, and experience of every guest. To ensure smooth operations and protect our creative space, the following Check-In Policy applies to all clients, guests, and collaborators.

Check-In Process

  • All clients and guests must check in at the front desk or with a designated staff member upon arrival.

  • A valid photo ID may be required for verification.

  • Guests must be listed under the booking; unlisted guests may be denied entry.

Booking Verification

  • Reservations must be confirmed in advance. Walk-ins are permitted only if space is available.

  • Clients should arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled session to allow time for check-in.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

Guest Policy

  • Each booking includes a set number of allowed guests (based on room/studio size).

  • Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur extra fees.

  • Guests are expected to remain in designated areas only.

Conduct & Safety

  • Respect for staff, property, and other clients is mandatory.

  • Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal and possible denial of future bookings.

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the studio is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for the actions of their guests.

  • Any damages to studio property or equipment caused during the session will be billed to the client.

  • Undrgrnd Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.

Check-Out

  • All clients and guests must check out with staff before leaving.

  • Ensure that all personal belongings are collected and any equipment used is returned in proper condition.
