GET TO KNOW: With a name inspired by PCH’s legendary Zuma Beach, @zumaquintero ("Zuma Quintero") is a DJ/producer/artist from Los Angeles, CA. The versatile musician has been around the UNDRGRND Universe since the beginning, as he first linked up with @pofsky3, @gmbeatz & other early UNDRGRND favs, long before the magazine was even a thing.

Although he was born in LA, Zuma has spent notable time in #Dallas, Texas. He’s used both TX and CA as his playground to grow in the nightlife industry—aside from making and releasing music, Zuma has a past of thugging it out in the cut-throat club promoter game. He also is a talented bartender on the side.

As for his sound, Zuma calls out #PARTYNEXTDOOR, #LanaDelRey & #TheWeeknd as his biggest music influences. While we have yet to receive a full-length project from Zuma, he has an impressive catalog of EDM/House/HipHop singles out on streaming platforms. He’s dropped three tracks so far in 2023, the most recent single—“Fire”—dropped in August.

Zuma tells UNDRGRND Magazine that his favorite restaurant is @noburestaurants (Malibu), and his all-time favorite film is “Wanted” (2008). In his free time, Zuma likes to hit festivals with his friends and going to see other DJs rock the turntables.
